Hi, I'm Damian and I set-up Help Save Bees as a Not-for-Profit organisation to raise awareness & donate money to help fight the plight of our humble British Bumblebee.
Our native British Bees are dying out and with them will go our flora, fauna and one-third of our diet. We may have less than a decade to save them and avert a catastrophe. But why is so little being done to help them?
All money raised through the activities carried out by Help Save Bees and via this blog will go directly to 'The Bumblebee Conservation Trust' (BBCT) towards their invaluable research & conservation work.

We are blessed with some of the finest bluebell woodlands in the south of England. The intensity of the colour takes my breath away every year. And the scent at their peak, during this last week, has been overwhelming. The Bees must love living in these hives.
